Warranty:
This product is covered by a Six months warranty against manufacturing defects, including inherent termite and borer infestations.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies only to the structural frame and mechanical components, where applicable.
Warranty Exclusions
- This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular or prolonged use
- Minor cuts, scratches, or damage caused by improper cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents
- Damage arising from incorrect installation or assembly carried out by the customer
- Cracks or structural damage caused by relocation or improper handling of the product
- Fading or discoloration due to direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight
- Deterioration of wood caused by continuous exposure to moisture or water
- Upholstery materials, including fabrics and seat covers
- Damage resulting from non-standard dry-cleaning processes or the use of harsh chemicals
As per industry standards, surface unevenness of up to 5 mm may occur due to variations in floor or surface levels. Such unevenness is considered acceptable and is not covered under the warranty.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted only if a clear, unedited video is recorded while opening the package. The video must show the sealed box, unboxing, and the product condition.
- Without an opening video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.
- Any damage, defect, or missing part must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The table must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories.
- Customized or assembled tables are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed as per company guidelines.
