This product is covered by a Six months warranty against manufacturing defects, including inherent termite and borer infestations.

For upholstered products, the warranty applies only to the structural frame and mechanical components, where applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular or prolonged use
Minor cuts, scratches, or damage caused by improper cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents
Damage arising from incorrect installation or assembly carried out by the customer
Cracks or structural damage caused by relocation or improper handling of the product
Fading or discoloration due to direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight
Deterioration of wood caused by continuous exposure to moisture or water
Upholstery materials, including fabrics and seat covers
Damage resulting from non-standard dry-cleaning processes or the use of harsh chemicals

As per industry standards, surface unevenness of up to 5 mm may occur due to variations in floor or surface levels. Such unevenness is considered acceptable and is not covered under the warranty.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only if a clear, unedited video is recorded while opening the package. The video must show the sealed box, unboxing, and the product condition.
Without an opening video, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.
Any damage, defect, or missing part must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The table must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories.
Customized or assembled tables are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed as per company guidelines.
